My medical certificate was not accepted or classified as insufficient - what is the reason?

Modified on Sun, 12 May at 6:51 PM

The submitted certificate must always precisely define the period of absence. If your certificate contains the wording "until further notice", for example, we are unfortunately unable to include a rest period. In the event of absence due to illness, a certificate of incapacity for work is insufficient and cannot be accepted as proof, as a specialist medical certificate of temporary incapacity for sport with a predicted duration of absence is required.
