I have not received an voucher code after purchasing my 2-week ticket - what happen next?

After purchasing the ticket, you will also receive an e-mail with the corresponding voucher code for redemption in addition to your purchase confirmation. If you have not received this email, please check the following:


- Is the e-mail in the spam folder of your e-mail account?

- Does the e-mail address you entered when making the purchase match your existing e-mail address?

- Is the e-mail address you entered when making the purchase spelt correctly or is there a spelling mistake?


In order to be able to resend you the e-mail with the voucher code, please send an e-mail to Customer Support at [email protected] after checking the above points.
