Can I apply for a rest period under what conditions?

A rest period may be granted for the following reasons: Pregnancy, illness, semester abroad and a professional stay abroad. Proof of this must be submitted and the rest period conditions confirmed using the form provided. This can be done in the Club or via the app.

A rest period in the event of a vacation or other private reasons is unfortunately not possible. Please note that a rest period can be granted retroactively for a maximum of 14 days.

If you hold a Classic60 or Loyalty membership, you can also pause your membership for up to 8 weeks per year without providing supporting documentation, provided you state the reason as ‘Membership pause/holiday – fixed term of 4 or 8 weeks’. You can apply to suspend your membership for 2 periods of 4 weeks or 1 period of 8 weeks. Please note that a suspension can be granted retroactively for a maximum of 14 days.
