Why is my account being debited despite Pack your Bag Special?

If your Pack your Bag Special has been processed retroactively, contributions already collected for this period will be stored as a credit in your profile. Any contractually stipulated admission fee will also be due when using the Pack your Bag Special. To receive the PYB, all necessary documents must be submitted and the activation of the special must be confirmed to you in writing by FITSEVENELEVEN. If you have not received written confirmation, please contact our support team by email at support@fitseveneleven.de.

Please note that the first recurring contribution will be debited on a pro rata basis shortly before the end of your non-contributory period (depending on the booking cycle). You can find a detailed overview of the debited contributions in the self-service area of your app under "Account".
