I have made an upgrade, but still no access to the selected club/label. Why is that?

An upgrade is always processed as soon as possible on the 1st or 15th of a month. If there is an increased administrative effort and the upgrade is handled with a delay, we apologize for this. After a successful upgrade, you will of course receive a written confirmation including the new contract by e-mail.
