How can I revoke my SEPA mandate?

If you have revoked your SEPA mandate, you can do so again at any time by sending an email to support@fitseveneleven.de. Alternatively, you can give us the SEPA mandate at any time via the app in the self-service area. To do this, go to Studio --> Self-Service --> Payment details.


Please note the following: If you have withdrawn the SEPA mandate from our financial service provider Finion Capital, it must be issued again at the same point. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process this across the board.
