How do I cancel my appointment or course?

You can cancel a class or training plan online via our FITSEVENELEVEN app. This is done via the Home screen --> My appointments --> Select booked course --> Cancel appointment. 

To cancel a training plan, also go to Homescreen --> My appointments --> Select appointment --> Cancel appointment in the app.
