During the Corona-related lockdown of the clubs, membership fees were debited in full - what options do I have for compensation?

We will of course compensate you appropriately for the time during which the studios were closed due to official measures. The period corresponding to the duration of the closure will be added to your contract as free training time after your membership expires. Please state this actively when you cancel your membership. Please note that a refund of membership fees is no longer possible due to the limitation period of three years.
