When will my first direct debit be charged and in what amount?

Your membership starts with the submission of your application or signature (start of contract). The following debit includes your 14-day membership fee and, if applicable, an admission fee, which depends on your chosen membership. If your registration overlaps with our internal direct debit dates, the first two membership fees may be debited in rare cases. You can view and check the direct debit at any time in your app in the self-service area under "Account".
