Where do I find my membership number?

You will find your membership ID on your contract. If you wish to cancel your membership, it is optional to enter your membership number. You can also view your membership ID via our FITSEVENELEVEN app by proceeding as follows: Log in to the app, click on the house icon at the bottom, go to the Self-Service tab at the top right and select the Membership data tab. Your membership number is now in the center at the top of the screen.
